There’s something kind of flawless in the idea of riot police firing their tear gas and rubber bullets at protesters who are actually other police officers, on strike.
That’s what happened in Sao Paulo recently.
The officers that were on strike are the officers responsible for investigations and detective work, which makes sense when you think about it. Those are the officers I’d imagine thinking enough to realize there might be a reason to strike.
Unfortunately, when you read deeper into the situation, there were other protesters and citizens involved. Still, it’s kind of a great scene. Some hot cop on cop action, there.
